Woodside Schooling Combined Test

Entries open Tuesday July 26. Entries are only available online with: Blue Horse Entries. Entries Close Monday August 8.

Stabling Reservations
Available now! For all reservations, email: horseparkatwoodsidect@gmail.com.

Reservation email should include:

  • Trainer or Group name

  • Stall count

  • Hay order

  • Shavings order

Reservations must be submitted by Monday August 8th.

Friday: Non-judged Schooling Rounds and XC Schooling
Saturday: Combined Test Dressage, XC Schooling, and Additional Stadium Jumping Rounds
Sunday: Combined Test Stadium Jumping, XC Schooling, and Dressage Test of Choice

Introductory— USEF 2022 Starter Test — 2' Max Jump Height
Beginner Novice— USEF 2022 Beginner Novice Test B— 2’7" Max Jump Height
Novice— USEF 2022 Novice Test B— 2’11” Max Jump Height
Training— USEF 2022 Training Test B— 3’3″Max Jump Height
Modified— USEF 2022 Modified Test B— 3’5″Max Jump Height
Prelim— USEF 2022 Prelim Test B— 3’7″Max Jump Height
*Divisions may be split if entries permit

XC Schooling Cross country course will be updated and prepared prior to schooling, reservations are required through The Horse Park at Woodside main office: 650-851-2140 or info@horsepark.org. Day Use fees will be charged separately.

Additional Rounds

In addition to Combined Test divisions, competitors may enter individual stadium jumping rounds or dressage tests.

 Volunteers 

Volunteers are needed! We will be sending out a separate call for volunteers, stay tuned. 

Friday Schooling 

Show jumping schooling rounds will be available Friday, August 12 from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Schooling rounds are available for $20 each. Horse and rider pairs must be checked in and wearing an entry number before entering the schooling arena. Rounds are permitted on a first come, first serve basis. Time limit of 5 minutes per round. 

 

Dressage arenas will be open for schooling from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM on Friday, August 12th.

Grand Prix Arena 

1:00 PM  — 18” - 2’3 

2:00 PM  — 2’6 - 3’

3:00 PM  — 3’ - 3’3

4:00 PM  — 3’3 - 3’6

5:00 PM  — 3’6 

 

Equine Health Policy
All competitors entering the Horse Park at Woodside will submit the following forms for each horse:
1. Horse Health Certification Form
2. Vaccination Records
3. 7-Day Temperature Log
Forms can be turned in via email at: horseparkatwoodsidect@gmail.com before arrival or
immediately upon arrival at the facility.

Temperature Checks
Required for every stabled horse. Temperature logs will be given at the office during check in. Logs should be posted on each horse stall. Temperatures should be recorded no later than 9 AM each morning and 6 PM each night. Show management will be monitoring the temperature logs and reserves the right to cancel any entries who do not follow the Horse Park at Woodside’s equine health policy. Call a veterinarian and alert show management immediately if a horse’s temperature reads 101.5 °F/38.6 °C.

$70 Combined Test Division Fee 
$30 Additional Show Jumping Round 
$40 Additional Dressage Test 
$14 CDFA Drug Fee
$25 HPW Facility Fee
$35 Office Fee
$40 Haul In Fee - Waived for annual HPW members 
$150 Stall Fee - Friday and Saturday night. Includes 2 bags of shavings

Awards: Ribbons are awarded to 1st – 6th place for each division. Divisions may be split if entries permit. 

Scratches: Refunds are only available if the cancellation or show scratch is made before August 8th. No refunds will be given to scratches made after midnight on August 8th. 

Late/Post Entries: Entries submitted after August 8th are not guaranteed and will only be accepted if schedule permits.
